NOTICE ON TREATMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Dear Client,

Under the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 196, issued 30 June 2003 (also known as the "Privacy Act"), which seeks to ensure that treatment of each individual's personal data is effected in compliance with fundamental rights and liberties, respecting the person, his confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protect one's own personal data, this is to inform you that treatment of personal data carried out by Star Progetti Tecnologie Applicate S.p.A will be effected lawfully, correctly and transparently, ensuring the utmost confidentiality and security.

In particular, and in accordance with art. 13 of the above mentioned privacy act, we wish to inform you that data supplied by you will be processed for the following purposes:
  • aims linked to execution of the service and management of the product offer;
  • statistical purposes, issue of marketing material, including the use of email.
Treatment of personal data acquired will be carried out directly by our personnel and/or by specifically delegated third parties, using information technology, telecommunications systems and other automated systems. The data will not be communicated to others (excluding the above mentioned companies of our group), nor publicly disseminated.
The data will be treated for the time required for complete execution of the stated objectives.
The personal data will be kept in archives, in both paper and electronic forms, at our registered office, in Via Pasubio no. 4/d, Tribiano, with safety measures which ensure that only authorized persons can access the data.

We wish to remind you that art. 7 of the Privacy Code guarantees interested parties the following rights, which may be exercised at any moment, by submitting a request to the Data Owner or Data Processing Manager:
  1. to obtain confirmation of the existence of one's own personal data, even if not yet registered, and to receive such data in an intelligible form; indication of the origin, objectives and procedures for treatment of the data; indication of the systems used, the identity of the data holder, manager and third parties or categories of third parties to whom the data can be communicated or who may become acquainted with the data in the course of their work; to update, correct or supplement the data, delete it, render it anonymous or block data treated in violation of the law; assurance that those to whom the data had been communicated have been notified of such operations, except where this is impossible or would entail measures manifestly disproportionate to the rights safeguarded;
  2. o refuse consent to treatment of personal data for legitimate reasons or, in any case, where the data is used to send marketing material, direct marketing or commercial communications or for the purposes of market surveys.
